Hi, I'm Caron
I live in Johannesburg, South Africa, and I'm happily married and have the privilege of being a mum to two awesome young adults! I’m a qualified, full time Art teacher and a part time artist.
I started Flourish during lockdown in March 2020. Each day I would paint a small watercolour painting with an inspirational quote, to try and encourage friends, family and colleagues during what was a really stressful and uncertain time.
The response I received from all over the world was incredible! I kept being asked if I would make something with all the paintings I had done, and so I came up with an idea of producing my “Tropical Vibes” Inspirational Quote Card sets….my very first product! The rest as they say is history! My little business has grown from strength to strength and I am enjoying the opportunities to turn my artwork into all sorts of amazing products. I love the joy that my art brings to my clients and never get tired of people’s reactions to my work.
I’m excited to see where this journey of mine will continue to take me, and hope that you will join me on the ride!
